This Privacy Policy describes how UK Shearling Company Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses and protects information connected with the Cleany Max mobile application (the “App”) and related pages at https://cleanymax.com (the “Site”).

By using the App or visiting the Site, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not use the App or Site.

This policy is presented as complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Apple App Store privacy guidelines.

What information may be collected.

The information involved depends on whether you use the App, browse the Site or contact us directly. The categories below reflect the data described in this policy.

Information you choose to send

• Email address — when you contact support or subscribe to updates.
• Messages — the content of support emails or other requests you send to us.

App information collected automatically

• Device model, operating system version and iOS version.
• App version and language settings.
• Anonymized usage events, such as which app features are opened, without personal identifiers.
• Crash reports and error logs used to diagnose bugs and improve stability.

Website information collected automatically

• IP address, with the policy stating that it is anonymized after 24 hours.
• Browser type, device type and operating system.
• Pages viewed, time spent and navigation activity on the Site.
• Referral source, such as a search engine or advertisement that led you to the Site.
• Cookie identifiers described further in Section 8 and in our Cookie Policy.

• Contents of your photos, videos or documents.
• Files kept in the Private / Secret Folder.
• Your contacts, messages or call history.
• Your location or GPS data.
• Your Apple ID, password or payment information.

How the information is used.

The categories above may be used for the following operational purposes:

• Provide the service — support correct operation of the App on your device.
• Improve Cleany Max — use anonymized patterns to prioritize improvements and features.
• Resolve technical issues — review crash information and errors when fixing bugs.
• Answer support requests — respond when you contact us.
• Measure Site performance — understand how visitors reach and use the Site.
• Meet legal obligations — retain or process records where applicable law requires it.

When information may be shared.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Limited information may be shared in the situations described below.

Service providers

We may work with service providers that help distribute, measure or operate the App and Site. The policy states that these providers are restricted to using data for the services they provide to us.

Legal requirements

Information may be disclosed where required by law, a court order or a government authority, or where needed to protect rights, property or safety.

The App and Site are not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in the European Union. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in those age groups.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us using the details in Section 11 so the information can be addressed and, where applicable, deleted from our records.

Cookies on the website.

The Site may use cookies — small text files stored in a browser — for website functionality, preferences, analytics and advertising measurement.

A cookie notice may be displayed when you first visit the Site. Non-essential cookies can be accepted or declined; strictly necessary cookies are used where required for essential Site functions.

If significant changes are made, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised and, where appropriate, notice may also be provided by:

• A notice displayed inside the App.
• A notice published on the Site homepage.
• An email, if you have previously provided an email address.

Continued use of the App or Site after an updated policy becomes effective is described as acceptance of the revised policy.
