What the policy says we do not collect: we do not access, read or store the contents of photos, videos, documents or other files processed by Cleany Max. File scanning is described as taking place on the device.

How the information is used.
The categories above may be used for the following operational purposes:

- Improve Cleany Max — use anonymized patterns to prioritize improvements and features.
- Resolve technical issues — review crash information and errors when fixing bugs.
- Answer support requests — respond when you contact us.
- Measure Site performance — understand how visitors reach and use the Site.
- Meet legal obligations — retain or process records where applicable law requires it.
